HISTORY OF LAGOS CITY COMPUTER COLLEGE
Established in 1990, the College is the largest and the leading institution that provides Computer Education in the development of Information Technology in Nigeria. We have graduated about 30,000 Students and presently have over 7,000 registered students in our five campuses namely: Ikeja, Ijebu-Ode, Ketu, Surulere and Amuwo-Odofin respectively in this internationally renowned institution.
For more than 10 years, the College has been a pioneer in the development of Information Technology in the country. With a crop of versatile professionals, cutting-edge course contents, enormous Hardware, Software and Computers facilities to mention just a few of the reasons top companies consistently choose LCCC students for top jobs and for training programmes.

PHILOSOPHY AND GOALS
Lagos City Computer College echoes the commitment to an open admission philosophy and dedicated to the "hands-on" approach to computer education. Designed to address the educational and employment needs of the country, these goals appear in summary below:
• To provide a one-year curriculum of programmes leading to a Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science, Engineering (with emphasis on practical) for employment purposes.
• To provide corporate/short term specialised indepth training by highly skilled professionals at managerial levels in industries and Government parastatals.
• To provide occupational education and training in Information Technology, business skills and human services at a semi-professional level, to prepare students for career in business, industry, and Government parastatals.
• To maintain high standards in a wide range of quality programmes designed to meet the needs of variety of students.
